We offer our customers a DOA warranty. We also offer other warranties based upon the product (see eBay listings). An extended warranty is available at a nominal cost.

Calibration

We use a calibration service for our products that can make sure test equipment is fully calibrated to meet the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable calibration and data for ISO9001:2000 compliance. Our used test equipment can be calibrated at an additional cost. 

Shipping Information

We are committed to shipping our products to our customers within 2 business days of payment by Paypal or wire transfer. Our financial institution requires a 10-day hold on all checks at which time shipping will occur. We can ship to most US destinations within 2 - 5 business days. Our high-quality, used test equipment is carefully packaged to meet our high standards and is typically shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested.
